I am a 21 year old female and I am 5’7 and weight 210 pounds. I am a full time college student and am very busy, but I know I need to start this weight loss already. I am posting here to get any advice. I have tried almost all of the popular diets out there and I have failed due overeating and eating when I am bored! I am looking for advice on exercise (I am doing very little now) and healthy eating habits. Please keep in mind I am on the go a lot but I could use weekends to prep food. I am extremely unhappy with the way I look and I would love any suggestions to start this process. I would love to see meal plan options if anyone has any.
I would also be interested in weight loss that will show some results fairly quickly… I get discouraged very quickly :( PLEASE HELP!!!
